Terms And Conditions Of Sale
Each person who requests a product quote from Paediatric Seating Solutions Pte Ltd (PSS) or places an order, shall be deemed to have agreed to these Terms and Conditions of Sale. These Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be deemed incorporated by reference into every PSS quotes, sales confirmation, invoices and delivery orders.
THESE TERMS and CONDITIONS OF SALE (TERMS) SHALL BE EFFECTIVE FOR ALL PSS QUOTES, SALES CONFIRMATION, INVOICES AND DELIVERY ORDERS WITH PSS SET FORTH HEREIN.
The Buyer may order products and parts through the PSS Website, identifying the products or parts by number, quantity, purchase price, address for delivery, requested date of delivery and any special delivery instructions. PSS’s invoice to the buyer for the products without further written confirmation shall be conclusive evidence of such order; however, are still subject to acceptance by PSS in its sole discretion. PSS shall use reasonable efforts to timely fill orders accepted by PSS subject to availability, demand, inventory and other factors.
Products and Pricing.
PSS reserves the right to discontinue any products, without prior notice, but the products sold will be serviced and/or replacement parts will be made available for the next 5 years. PSS may further change the prices of its Products at any time and without prior notice unless otherwise agreed in writing by PSS to expressly provide prior notice to the Buyer. PSS will make every reasonable effort to provide advance notice when possible. Billing and payment shall be in Singapore Dollars, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.
Items sold exclude installation, training, transportation or delivery fees.
Online Store Acceptable Modes of Payment:
• Major Credit Cards via PayPal (Owning a PayPal account is not compulsory)
Once payment has been made and accepted, no cancellation of order is accepted.
Within 7 days from the Date of Delivery or Collection, Products can be exchanged provided they are in new, unused and its original packaging. Before returning any Product for Exchange, whether pursuant to the PSS’s Warranty or otherwise, the Buyer must present the original invoice/receipt of the purchase for verification. All approved returns must be handed personally by the Buyer and must be in its original packaging. Returns which are not made in accordance with the foregoing will not be accepted by PSS. These terms do not apply to custom ordered items.
All purchases at PSS will be deemed final, with the Buyer considered to have read the TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE and agreeing fully with it. No refund will be given.
Please refer to the respective manufacturer’s warranty stated in the manual. PSS will facilitate to exercise the warranty.
A minimum purchase of S$200.00 is required to enjoy free delivery. Otherwise a S$15.00 delivery fee applies.
Orders for stocked merchandise from Mondays through Fridays, will be delivered on the next working day other than specified.
PSS reserves the right to change delivery schedules as it sees fit and as the need arises such as but not limited to weather conditions, traffic circumstances and others.
Delivery of ordered products which will require assembly (e.g. Powered Wheelchair) will be made only on Mondays through Fridays.
ALL DELIVERIES ARE STRICTLY FOR SINGAPORE AREA ONLY.
PSS shall not be liable for any indemnity as a result of any delay in performance or non-performance due to any cause beyond PSS’s reasonable control, including, without limitation, an act of God, act of the Buyer, delays caused by PSS’s suppliers or subcontractors, embargo or other governmental act, regulation or request, fire, accident, strike, slowdown, war, riot, delay in transportation, or inability to readily obtain necessary labour, materials or manufacturing facilities.
